Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Anyone that does not give at least 24 hours notice will be responsible for 100% of the cost of services scheduled.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations are held with a debit or credit card. There will be no charges until after services are completed. Anyone that does not call a minimum of 24 hours before an appointment to reschedule or cancel or fails to show up will be charged for 100% of services scheduled as well as 20% gratuity. This includes same day appointments. We value our customers' time, as well as our service providers' who are here to ensure you receive your selected time slot for service. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after the start time of your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be responsible for the cost of the service as well as 20% gratuity.
